Natural History Museum - Abu Dhabi

I was responsible for creating ultra wide renders (sometimes going above 16k res) for 3 underwater scenes and 3 landscape scenes for the Natural History Museum in Abu Dhabi. I used megascans, speedtree, fluidninja, fluidflux, ultra dynamic sky, and world creator for the landscapes. I also modeled sculpted and textured Crinoids, Pentacrinous plants, and customized assets to fit client's specific needs for accuracy in prehistoric settings.

Prehistoric riverbed with volcano in the background - rainfall comes and fills the river with water, bringing life to vegetation, horsetail plants are the hero here

Dense marshy forest with magnolia, monkey pine trees, and horsetail plants

Another pine tree forest marsh with ferns, this time with a close up on a murky river with soot running through it gently.

Deep ocean floor - Nautilus, and other strange foliage move with underwater currents, and light from the surface can not reach the deeper depths

The ocean floor at a more shallow depth - crinoids float across screen with their tendrils and light from the surface is still visible

A wide shot just below the surface of the ocean - depicting a floating log with crinoids attached to the bottom - one drifts off and floats away
